Returns & Exchanges

At Amy Fashion, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
